Become a Workshop Host
Hosting Empowerment Today workshops is a great way to bring some much needed financial and health education to the communities you already serve without the time and expense of developing your own programs.
There are two ways that organizations can get involved.
1) Nonprofit organizations can simply host a workshop if they meet the following requirements:
- Have classroom style facilities (tables, chairs, adequate lighting, pens, projector for PowerPoint presentations, TV or projector for watching videos, video recorder to record workshop) for a class size of 15-30 people
- Provide free daycare during the 1-2 hour workshop
- Duplicate workshop materials for every participant
- Provide or help locate a volunteer instructor for Empowerment Today to train
- Advertise the workshop in the same way you advertise your other offerings
2) Nonprofit organizations can also license the Empowerment Today program and add a sustainable source of revenue to their list of services.
